Artificial intelligence is becoming ever-present in the modern workplace through natural language models like Claude, ChatGPT and Google's Bard. In this introductory course, students will learn practical skills for applying AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Using real-world examples and hands-on activities, the course will cover:
Leveraging large language models like ChatGPT to generate content and automate writing tasks
Incorporating Copilot and similar AI coding tools into software development workflows
Using voice assistants like Claude to improve customer service and other conversations
Identifying opportunities to implement AI chatbots for internal/external uses
