CourseGraphic Artificial intelligence is becoming ever-present in the modern workplace through natural language models like Claude, ChatGPT and Google's Bard. In this introductory course, students will learn practical skills for applying AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Using real-world examples and hands-on activities, the course will cover:
  • Leveraging large language models like ChatGPT to generate content and automate writing tasks
  • Incorporating Copilot and similar AI coding tools into software development workflows
  • Using voice assistants like Claude to improve customer service and other conversations
  • Identifying opportunities to implement AI chatbots for internal/external uses
  • Comparing the capabilities of leading AI models to determine ideal use cases
  • Mitigating risks around AI content quality, plagiarism, and data privacy
This course is intended for professionals without prior AI experience who want to capitalize on the latest advancements. Students will leave better prepared to use AI in daily work to save time, boost creativity, and make data-driven choices. No complex math or coding skills are required.
